Working With the GLN RVSM Staff

We have a variety of people that work on the manuals. Some of the staff is dedicated to job setups, getting data from the operator, while others run the technical side of the job. So each RVSM job has a number of eyes looking at it and determining what is best for you.

Technical Support

We have the technical support staff available to help with jobs. Because of a lack of clear FAA standards sometimes the person best suited to answer your issues is not your direct project person. We will determine how best to answer your questions or what sort of changes might be needed for a certain FSDO.

  • Best Way: The best way is always an email to rvsm@gln-compliance.com so that it is seen by more people in the RVSM work group. If you call, you may not get immediate results, so email is best. We HATE voice mail, but that may happen also.

FAA Change Requests

We handle this as a PRIORITY item in the office and try to turn them around the same day. Sometimes, though, we may need a bit more interface help with some inspector and that may involve more time for you.

  • We can call the FAA, but only with your approval and the approval of the inspector. We will not cold call the FAA. They don't like it.

Accounting Questions

You can call the office at 303-925-1491 or, bettery yet, send an email to accounting@gln-compliance.com so that several persons will see it and be better suited to answering your questions.
