RVSM Manuals

We have thousands of RVSM manual completions all over the world. Ask us for help or guidance--even if you do not buy here!

THIS IS PROBABLY YOUR FLIGHT DEPARTMENTS MOST CRITICAL SET OF MANUALS

GLN has been producing worldwide RVSM manuals since they were first required in the North Atlantic and today we produce these manuals under aviation authorities all over the world--the Middle East, Africa, Europe, South America and more such as Bermuda and Aruba.

These are very professional, high-level manuals that you can add more aircraft to, integrate with your training our contract or online training, and your international operations manuals and MELs.

The downside, at least with FAA certifications, is with thousands of these produced, each FAA office, individually owner, franchised and operated, unfortunately, has a variet of difference views and standards. So work very closely with us and we will have these done in a couple of days and the follow-ups (about half of them need some changes) are also done very quickly.

RVSM Turn Times

We try to turn around
an RVSM job in 3-5 working days after we have the worksheets. Often, however, we have some questions and/or need to get more information from you.

Inspection Program Job Cards: The most common item we need (maybe 20% of inspectors ask for) is the inspection program data or job cards. Generally, this involves any RVSM job card that is related to or has "RVSM" in it. Electronics, skin inspections, autopilot, pitot-static systems, etc.

Intellectual Property and Protecting Your Investments

We work constantly to protect your investment in quality and support by developing enhanced manuals and ensuring that new and updated manuals, programs, processes, forms, and software support is always in development at GLN.

  • GLN holds more than 250 USA Copyrights on our various manuals, software programs, web technology, MELs, RVSM programs, International Operations, FA Manuals, Training Programs, GOMs, & GMMs and more.

Some Times A Limited Availability - So Plan Accordingly

RVSM approvals are CRITICAL timely issues and we strive to take every tasking immediately, whether factory direct for Bombardier, Boeing, Raytheon, Gulfstream, Pilatus or others, but we are generally limited to 28-35 new RVSM jobs per week, plus the associated MEL or MMEL approvals. Anything beyond that may be a delay of two or more weeks. New jobs, with the data asked for on the worksheets, should turn around in about 3-5 working days, unless this is an AOG situation, but jobs into our RVSM workgroup in excess of these limits can cause a delay. Getting jobs and not having them out on time is an issue, sometimes with GLN too, and it causes problems, delays and cost increases. But every job is a bit different and every inspector is themselves, the "Administrator" and changes can cause problems, so we need to communicate as best we can.
  • If you are not in the immediate queue then maybe there is an alternative plan. The best plan is advance planning, but that is not always under you control. Can you do some of the detail editing directly on the SharePoint site we upload your manuals to? Can you be sure we have the skin mapping details, inspection program cards for RVSM and the maintenance facility list (less than 20% of the FSDO ask for these three, but they are show stoppers when they are)?

  • We have taken on as many as 16 new or converted from some competitor's RVSM in a single day, but it stretches our capacity. If in doubt, call and discuss the timing issue. We can run overtime and weekends, which we often do, to help ensure you get what is needed when you need it.
