Making Payments

Credit Card Charges

Jobs that will run within a few days, such as RVSMs, MELs, GMMs, GOMs and Training, charge your credit card at the time the order is processed. If you do not go through with the job within 10 days and return the worksheets, your credit card is charged back. Usually, a chargeback on a Visa or MasterCard takes 4-5 days as it has to process the orginal order and the process a return. An American Express takes a few days longer as the front-end processing takes about five days before we even see it and then we will process a chargeback.


Worksheets Are With GLN and You Want To Cancel

This is fine, so long as we have not started the job yet. Our expense and time is invested within a day or so of getting the worksheets back, especially an RVSM, MEL, GMM, GOM or training program. If we have started the job the return is not possible, but a credit for 50% can be made for something else that needs to be used within a year.


Initial Payments on Large Projects

The large jobs collect 65% of the job amount when we start the job, such as for Part 125 or 135 certifications. If we have started the job this amount is not refundable, but we will give a credit for 50% to use on other items, such as RVSM, MELs, etc. This does sometimes happen when a project is begun, but the owners change their minds about doing charger.

The backend of the project, the remaining 35%, is charged online when the manuals have been run and reviewed and you are getting ready for a submission to the FAA. You cannot get the manuals until the backend payment is made, but we will have swapped files and chapters and things along the way.
