Getting Started

Every GLN Program, Every GLN Manual Set, Built for You, One at a Time . . .
Worldwide RVSM Approvals

Timing - We usually have the RVSM and MEL out of the office in about 3-5 working days from the time we have the worksheet and other documentation, such as the training certificates, factory letter, etc.

Download an RVSM Worksheet from the eStore

The worksheet has company and aircraft information and details about what navigation and communications equipment you must list, with examples. The worksheet explains what training documentation is also needed. Then we can talk about any potential issues or concerns. This is automatically downloaded to you after you buy the online RVSM.

When you order online the eStore will download you a worksheet.

Go down to the RVSM Downloads page here.

STC, SB or Factory Letter

You will need to fax in, if applicable:

  • The STC or SB if not a factory installation. This would have been used on a previous RVSM approval.

  • Documentation of training, such as a certificate for RVSM or International operations with RVSM training.

  • Factory letter for factory new RVSM approved aircraft.

  • Logbook entry if installing an STC or compliance with a SB.

  • Inspection Program update showing line items for compliance with the STC or SB. Usually not an issue on a factory delivered RVSM aircraft as the compliance is embedded into the factory inspection program on delivery.

New Aircraft from the Factory

We do factory direct aircraft for many models, but even when the manufacturer sends us the data, it usually does not include RVSM/MEL information and certainly none of the operator or FAA information--so we still need contact with you

Billings From GLN

Your credit card is charged when you order the RVSM and receive the worksheets. If the worksheets are not returned within ten days we chargeback the card and you would have to redo the RVSM order. If you are going to be delayed then let us know.

If you do not want to go ahead with the order after the online purchase, just let us know.

Direct Contact from GLN

One or more of the GLN team will be contacting you and going over the worksheet and documentation to ensure we have what we need. Generally, the MEL is done in a different department from the RVSM, but coordinated together so they go out the door at the same date.
